It’s back! Our spooktacular beer and music festival returns for another day of fantastic beer, food and live music at Drop the Anchor Brewery.
This year, we’re setting sail with a Pirates and Zombies theme. Fancy dress is completely optional, but whether you come as a pirate, a zombie or even a zombie pirate, we’d love to see your creations.
Here are just a few of the beers we’ll have available:
The Phoenix IPA – 6%
A smooth, moreish IPA brewed with pale malt, crushed oats and organic orange peel, finished with a Citra hop-tea infusion.
Otakaro NZ Pale – 5.5%
New Zealand hops bring fruity notes of lychee, mango and fresh gooseberry.
The Miraculous Beam – 8.4%
A rich porter brewed with chocolate malt, roasted barley and orange peel, creating a velvety finish with a hint of orange sweetness.
Turkish Delight Stout – 6%
A rich and distinctive stout where rose water meets chocolate.
Tucktonia Pale – 4.7%
Our award-winning pale ale. You know it, you love it.
Bonzo Tropical Fruit IPA – 3.8%
A tropical fruit punch of an IPA, brewed with Motueka, Pacific Jade and Citra hops.
Misty Mountain Hop IPA – 3.8%
A crisp, refreshing combination of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Waimea and Mosaic hops.
Silent Stones Amber – 4.7%
A rich, well-balanced amber ale brewed with Fuggle and Cascade hops alongside crystal malts.
The Admiral Brown – 5.2%
An easy-drinking brown ale with gentle bitterness and traditional English hops.
Backroom English Pale – 3.8%
A single-malt English pale ale brewed with Jester hops.
Black Dog – 4.9%
A smooth and traditional London-style porter.
Lekka Weiss – 5.2%
A South African amber wheat beer and a firm local favourite.
Pumpkin Stout – 6%
The perfect seasonal stout, brewed with pumpkin and packed with flavour.
We’ll also have Dicky Cider and a fully stocked bar, with something for everyone.
Bar open from 1pm

Live music and DJs throughout the day, with the full line-up to be announced soon.
Tickets are just £5 for a full day of beer, food, music and spooky fun.
