Christian Stevenson, famously known as DJBBQ, is not just your average BBQ chef. He’s a high-energy fire-cooking rock star, bestselling author and BAFTA-winning TV presenter.
Bringing live-fire cooking to the stage with a rock-and-roll flair, DJ BBQ is celebrated for his bold flavours and even bigger personality.
With a massive global following gained through television and international festivals along with viral online content, we are thrilled to have DJBBQ create some smoke ‘n’ fire, right here in the New Forest!
Hosting this fantastic event alongside DJBBQ is our Origin Barbecue’s very own Chris Rowland, known as @Bignosebbq.
As a South Coast pit boss and the visionary behind SizzleFest and Origin Barbecue, he’s rooted in the heart of the New Forest.
With a lifelong passion for live-fire cooking, Chris is renowned for his varied and exciting authentic BBQ menus.
His commitment to locally-sourced high welfare produce and his talent for creating epic outdoor fire food experiences position him as the perfect co-host with DJBBQ.

On Sunday, soak in the atmosphere with live acoustic performances from rising country music star Kerryl @kerrylmusic, bringing his incredible vocals and unique vibe, to make Sunday a truly memorable experience!
The Food 
Indulge in our legendary Smokehouse Platters, which are a collaborative creation fusing DJBBQ’s real American style smoked meats and ORIGINBBQ’s local New Forest authentic barbecue classics.
